Catering Menu

This is a sampling of our catering menu, however we can prepare different items to meet your taste and budgetary needs.  Catering is available to groups of 10 people or more. 24 hour notice is preferable but we try to be as flexible as possible and would love to meet your catering needs.

Lunch Catering Menu:

#1. Box Lunches: Your choice of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Chicken or Tuna Salad sandwiches, prepared on our assortment of breads or wraps. Served with chips and a cookie.  

#2. Assorted Sandwich Tray: An assortment of Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Chicken or Tuna Salad sandwiches, prepared on a variety of breads and wraps.  Served with your choice (2) of Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, or Chips.  Sweet/Unsweet Tea and Bottled Waters included.  

#3. Cold Cut Platter: An assortment of deli meats, salads, and cheeses with a variety of breads, lettuce, and tomatoes.  Served with your choice (2) of Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, or Chips.  Sweet/Unsweet Tea and Bottled Waters included.  (Minimum 18 people)

#4. Soup, Salad, and Half Sandwich Combo: Cups of our Soup of the Day, an assortment of sandwiches (halved), and a large mixed green salad.  Variety of dressings included.   

#5. Breast of Chicken Primavera: A mixture of chicken and vegetables, tossed with egg noodles and alfredo sauce, topped with grated parmesan cheese.  Serves 14.

#6. Baked Ziti: A mixture of ziti noodles, meatballs, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce, topped with grated parmesan cheese and baked in an oven.  Serves 14.

#7. Lemon Chicken and Mushrooms: Seasoned skinless, boneless chicken breast served with a mushroom wine sauce and rice pilaf.  Serves 14. 

#8. Chicken Parmesan: A mixture of ziti noodles, chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce, topped with grated parmesan cheese and baked in an oven.  Serves 14. 

#9. Bistro Crustless Quiche: Our soon-to-be-famous homemade quiche prepared as you like it.  Serves 8.  

Menu items 5-9 will be served with mixed greens, assorted dressings, bread, and sweet/unsweet tea.  An assortment of fresh baked cookies can be added for an additional fee.

Breakfast Catering Menu:

#1. Assorted Bagel Tray: An assortment of freshly baked bagels decoratively arranged on a tray.  Served with plain cream cheese, butter, and assorted jellies. 

#2. Assorted Breakfast Tray: An assortment of freshly baked bagels, biscuits, sweet rolls, and muffins decoratively arranged on a tray.  Served with plain cream cheese, butter, and assorted jellies.  

#3. Hot Breakfast Sandwiches: An assortment of Sausage and Egg or Ham and Egg bagel sandwiches served Hot.
